Right after I wrote what I wrote above I questioned/doubted myself as I immediately thought; "or is it the Reiser that is the toughest/rarest to find"?
People like, Al, Ted, Toppcat (Dave) and others, however, know a lot more than I likely ever will so I will listen to them and hear what they have to say first before I conclusively say anything more.

The issue with the House is that grey backs are scarce but finding a grey back that is also a yellow tiger makes it rare. We talked about this back in 2017 but it was all Reiser talk, not House.
Tedz mentioned he found finding a Martin gray back was rather tough but I am unsure if he owns a gray back Reiser or a Yellow Tiger gray back House?
