Default 1958 S.F. Giants Opening Day Program

Hi Guys!

I need as little help again. I have a 1958 S.F. Giants program and I'm wondering if there is a way of telling if it's the opening day program. They are playing the Dodgers (which is correct) and the pre-printed roster seems to be their opening day roster. Since the game was not scored- is there anyway of telling if it's the first or just a game from that series. I'm including a couple of scans from the scorecard page.

Thanks!
Lou

I don’t think there is a way to tell.

The rosters and sometimes lineups were often pre-printed for an entire series, so really the only difference would be if the scorecard was filled in from the original game...of course it's a crapshoot on whether it was scored "live" or not.
