Default Ruth Autograph Traced Over Baseball

Can anyone advise on the value of this signed baseball?
I have a PSA/DNA COA for a ca. 26-27 NYY multi-signed (9 signatures) ball with HOFers GC Alexander, H. Pennock and W. Hoyt and a Ruth signature traced over in an unknown hand. There are 2-3 additional signatures PSA/DNA said are tool obliterated to see, but I think there are more and they are M. Koenig, U. Shocker, E. Bennett (batboy), H or E Johnson, D. Ruether and J. Dugan.
The ball has been shellacked but it is in decent shape.
Thanks.

Not yet. This ball was mounted and boxed by PSA/DNA. Haven't figured out how to open the box without breaking it.

Not sure what this means ....The ball was mounted ? then boxed ? but you can't look at it ???? sounds fulgar and has offended my puritan sensiblities .....I thought this was a FAMILY hobby
