Maybe 3 guys wanted that card to advance their Cubs collection, 2 of whom wanted it even more.

A nice card, front and back. Seems like too much money to me. Obviously worth more to the winner and underbidder.

Well, it's a tough "150-only" series card to find in Ex (or better) condition.

Having said that, if you check the bidding list, there is one bidder that bid 8 times
for this card......but, didn't win it.
Either, he really wanted it, or......you fill in the blank ? ?
