I'll start with this "psychedelic" looking printing flaw of a 1949 LEAF card...…

The funny thing about these printing anomaly cards is that years ago, dealers would almost give that stuff away. Today those cards are sought after.

I like those cards because there's probably an unknown story that goes along with them. I wouldn't pay a premium for them, but if something came up at a reasonable price I'd probably pick it up, "just because".

Print errors go in and out of being cool. There were real hot the entire 90.s, I know I sold 1000s of them at huge premiums. A few years ago T206s errors sold for silly money and now not so much.

I've always liked the mis-cut's that capture 4 different cards. Here are a couple backside non-sport examples.

Post-war, but one of my favorites. I don't have this card anymore, but I found it cool that it was so miscut it had parts of two different neighboring cards visible.

I love the ones where there are images on the backs that do not belong there. Not sure what the correct hobby name is for these.

A Forbes with the colors off in about three directions, a Doolin with most of his facial features obscured, Max West looks like the artist was drunk, a green boarder Becker with a Blue? Becker, a miss aligned Lumley, a pair of T79's with the remains of crop marks, and Heinie Meine with a ghost on the back.

Steve, that t215 pirate is Beast! I too remember it raw, on eBay. Smart move buying and slabbing it; I didn’t have the guts.

Here is my mis cut 61 Mantle Stamp and the weirdest 1953 Topps George Spencer you have ever seen.

Yes I know it is just mislabeled and yes I paid a premium for it.

Ryan, have you seen this Chris Browne break down of your card?

And I believe you've seen the same of your Cy Young freak, right?

Multiple impressions from adjusting registration on both black and magenta - Most likely on a 2 color press.

From the corner of a make-ready sheet. They'd tear the corner off as a marker between the ones used to setup the press and the sheets that were intended as product. Blue printed lightly in the torn area.

Weird top and bottom edge from debris on the sacrificial strip in the cutter.

Overall weirdness - wrong colors, screened differently, Proofs? A test of some sort? The kid I got them from could have gotten them off boxes, and I think his dad worked for Hostess

Beck is missing two colors, pink/tan and gray. Huggins is really washed out but probably not faded. There are a few that come that way.

This card is my favorite post-war printing oddity. I acquired this card in the 1980's, and have never seen another 69T Mickey with blue background
since then......has anyone here seen one ? ?

. .

And, here are some T-card anomalies...…
