Default Lord Stanley?

Couldn't find a thread for the Cup? Thought I'd start one. Finals just got a
LOT more interesting after the Tuesday night result. Trent King

Kevin- that’s true. And Edmonton can be a good kind of “streaky”. Feels to my amateur observation that the Oilers have momentum. Trent King

I'm mostly an original six fan (minus Boston) so my rooting interest waned when the Rangers bowed out. I am pulling for the Oilers now, as it is a particularly Canadian-raised team and that country is long overdue for a Cup. Plus I have at best apathy and some dislike for the Panthers, other than their coach and OEL (former Coyotes captain).
As always though, the Stanley Cup playoffs are and have been must-see TV. My favorite sporting event to watch every year.

What a story if Edmonton wins this.
