Two new HOF'ers for my T205 set arrived this week, courtesy of the BST. Thanks Mark and Jarrod!

Picked up another T210 for the collection, one of the harder ones imo as this is first one I've ever seen come up for sale.

I just busted this 1915 Cracker Jack out of one of those dreaded Pro Grading slabs. It wasn't easy because the plastic they use is like rubber and doesn't break. I basically had to pry the thing open, and reach in and quickly grab the card before it slammed shut on my fingers. It was graded an "8," but it's clearly not. Still, I love the image.

Chris, that's a delicate operation, those CJ's are so thin they crease if you look at em' sideways. Nice card.

DJ, congrats on a phenomenal back run. How many left?

Just 2 that are known, one easy (e90-1) and one a bit harder (T216 Kotton).

Great run, DJ. From a quick search, Young appears in the T216 Kotton thin series, which means he could also be found with the Virginia Extra back.

Correct, from my understanding though, no VE of Young is known. Just to add, I have no reason to suggest a red croft doesn't exist either, but I'm not aware of one existing.

I'm working on a back run with the same circumstance, technically it could exist but nobody's ever seen one. I don't think you can count those, you have to be realistic at some point, good luck on closing it out.

Nice pick up for the back run, DJ. My guess is there are still some cards to be found. I love VE's so hopefully more of those come out in the future.

My last 3 T206 HOF portrait pick ups arrived just prior to September, but I'm just now finding time to post em.

Although I will continue to upgrade as I find them, this now completes my T206 HOF portrait subset run minus only Honus. I may have to settle for a nice reprint for that one

My complete portrait subset can be seen here: just click on the thumbnails for a larger pic - https://www.collectorfocus.com/colle...-hof-portraits

OT. Not Pre-War or Post-War, but 1943 and from Venezuela where my parents lived and my dad worked for US Steel's Orinoco after graduating Ohio State, which in my opinion is Ohio State and not The Ohio State. Both parents graduated Ohio State.

I won another (not Aaron) Judge rookie!!! This one looks great for the grade IMO, but more importantly, does not cut off the last letter in "Americans". Very few 1916 Joe Judge cards have the complete team designation--many have no part of the "s" showing.

Grading companies don't seem to care:

Here is my Sept. pickup. It is not a Ruth or a Jackson but I have been chasing this card for about 4 years.
It is a low grade. But on a scarce quantity card but I actually do like the eye appeal and I am proud to add it to my collection

Default As always, some really great pick-ups!

Chris, love the Drum!

Richard, the Turkey Red advertising piece is so cool.

Jeff, congrats on the Hornsby.

Added Lajoie to my M101-2 collection. 34 down, 66 to go!

Added HOFer, "Ol' Stubblebeard" to my R316 set. The last pitcher to legally throw the spitter. I really dig this image of Grimes. Only 16 left to complete the set.
