Default Cal ripken auto question

Anyone ever seen a Cal Ripken that looked like this? I know players autographs evolve over the years but not sure about this one.

Don't like it either -- and I spent a lot of time in Spring 1996 getting Ripken autographs during Spring Training.

Too Late to run away...haha I bought it in 90's in a bulk collection of other balls and it was in there. Guess the dog gets it now, on flip side it frees up a ball cube....haha thanks guys you confirmed what I have long suspected, but you guys know as well as I do there wasnt near the internet database of signatures as there is now, and as a 25 year old kid it never even crossed your mind that there were people actually forging autos for profit...anyone else have similar stories?
