Heritage has a 7 & 8 in their current auction....be a good test to see its worth.
The 8 is already at 42K, and it just started...27 days left.
Says estimate 75K +
I am glad to pick one up recently sgc1.5

It's going to hit 6 figures, I'd wager.

Thanks for all the kind words guys. I still can't understand how it didn't grade higher. Every collector and dealer I showed it to agree. Just can't justify spending thousands to review it for a higher grade and getting shut out. You can make more if it bumps higher but if it doesn't then it's no different than flushing the money down the toilet. I think it will do better then the one in Heritage right now which has a soft corner. The term buy the card and not the holder should apply to this auction. Fingers crossed.

There are 8's in 10 holders and vice versa. Years ago I cracked a PSA 8 and resubmitted it and it came back a PSA 10. The money that is exchanged in the difference between a 9 and 10 can be huge, but the difference in the card can be nothing. Same with 8's and 10's sometimes.
