Default Will TPG tell you why are card won't grade higher?

I have an Ed Willett T206 card that I have had for years. It was graded a 5. I always thought it was under graded, but didn't care since I was holding on to it. Now, though, I was thinking of putting it up for sale. A couple of months ago I sent it in for a re-grade, but it came back as a 5. I figured if I couldn't get better than 5 prices I will hold on to it.

The problem is that I can't figure out why it hasn't graded higher. Then I run across PSA 7 T206 cards that look to be comparable to my card and can't figure it out. I thought that there could be a wrinkle or something that I am missing, but have not found it with high res scans or 10x magnifiers.

Is there anyway that I can send it in for a review and be told why it isn't getting higher, or would it be better for me to try with SGC?

I have high resolution photos on photobucket.com/bn2cardz or I can send it on.

The card:
