Show your favorite boxing postcard
Since PCs seem to be getting some love on the baseball pages, I thought why not show a few boxing cards?
I like this Dempsey-Willard one a lot. Postmarked in 1919 from Toledo, OH, BTW, site of the fight:  Victor "Young" Perez was a flyweight champ imprisoned at Auschwitz and forced to fight gladiatorial bouts, eventually murdered by the Nazis:   I like this promo PC of Sugar Ray for a tv show:  Julie Newmar can be our round card girl: Schwing!

Nice, Jerry, gotta love the "reel" women of the 50s.
Carl, I've seen that PC a number of times. There is more than one publisher of PCs of Johnson and the Mrs.

Postmarked Feb, 5, 1916 in Chicago, this colorful little gem is the only one I've ever seen that gives a nod to boxing's infamous "White Hope" era.
