I have only ever seen one. I have a scan, but am not at liberty to share it. If it's a question of comparison, you can email a scan of what you're looking at in an attachment to me and I'll compare the two.

Unless Clyde does not know how to spell his last name it is not his. Clyde is definitely Enlge...the autograph is clearly Engel.

I did not see the scan, but was it of Joe Engel? He died in 1969, and besides being a willing signer, his autograph survives on minor league documents.

I thought I would resurrect this one from the Archives (hopefully it won't lead to any lawsuits by the Bruces)....

I was just able to pick up a two-page handwritten letter by Clyde Engle, signed just "Clyde" at the end, written to the President of the Northern League, just before Engle's death in 1939. It is on Yale letterhead, where Engle coached the men's baseball team.

Just wanted to share, and see if others may have found other Engle signatures in the few years since this original post....
