Default LaRussa back in the dugout

Pretty surprised, but hard pressed to find a more competitive manager. Guess the fire is still burning!

I don't know what to think. It seems kind of silly to me. But a very "white sox" move. This has Jerry written all over it.

Usually it's the Cubs that do this stupid stuff: Get rid of someone when they are on the very precipice of success, and then bring them back when they are at the very end - all used/washed up.

But ever since I learned that Tony LaRussa started an animal rescue foundation, I had to stop disliking him.

So - good for you Tony!

Tony has the highest BAC average of any active manager.

I'm sure with everything that has transformed baseball in the last decade there is no better person to lead a team right now in 2021 than Tony LaRussa. Sure.
If he doesn't work out maybe they can hire Tommy LaSorda.

Why not solve your losing woes by bringing back a guy who was the manager for your worst teams.

i have to wonder how he will relate to todays players, wish him well but, not sure he will put them over the top. Would have liked to have seen the manager of the year, probably, get a chance to finish what he got going, lol
