Default Autograph ID help needed

Can anyone figure out these two? The first is on a Feeney ball, the second a MacPhail ball. Thanks!

The second ball l believe is Toby Harrah. He played in the 70s for the Rangers and Indians.

Thanks!

Also, is it bad form to post a bunch of these? I'm new to the board, and I don't want to take advantage of anyone asking for free advice.

I would suggest:
A) making sure the pics are clear, and
B) grouping a bunch that you question on one thread

Other than that, many members enjoy the challenge.
