Default Ted Williams Opinion

Signature is faint, especially the first name. Like most of his signatures the d in Ted and W in Williams is connected. This isn't. Opinions?

I thought so too until I put it under a magnifier and I can see the ink on top of the black lines on his shirt

That is what I mean by stamped. Not printed on the postcard, but an actual stamp that was used after the fact.
