Ok, I do not know anything about this product. But on Sat I bought a very small collection and one of the items
was a box of 1989 Topps rack packs.I know the box is full. But that is really what my question is about. Were these boxes sealed in any way.Even a piece of tape on the side.Anything at all.Not that it will matter to me. But if they were sealed in any way then any great cards that may have been visible are likely all gone. With someone just exchange one pack for another. This grading thing has everyone looking for the perfect 10 no matter how over produced product may have been, Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
