I haven't in a long time but Registered Mail was the way I did it. I think you are able to track this way once Canada Post receives it.

Octavio,

If there’s only a few cards and you’re going USPS, remember you’ll have to complete a customs form. If it’s a heavier shipment I’ve found FedEx to be less expensive and easier.
