Help Identifying Player Who Wore Twins BP jersey from 1992

As Clint suggested a ST jersey of either a player/instructor who never got to the majors or perhaps a player who did make the majors but got a "better" uniform number upon being promoted...

See if you can find locate a 1992 Twins ST roster off eBay or contact this guy for assistance......

Bill..great referral Sir! Thank you. This is what Mr. Doepner provided in his kind email to my query:

"Chris
I have the 1992 Spring Training roster, including coaches, in front of me and there isn’t a player issued #61. (It wasn’t issued on our M.L. team until Tommy Watkins wore it in 2007)
It probably was an “extra jersey” for a minor leaguer brought over to the big league camp for a cameo but we have no record of who that might be.
It is an official major league pre-game jersey."
