Never seen it.... the drawings on the front looks like 69 Topps 4 in 1 cards.
Is it a Topps box? Any other markings on side or bottom. Definitely a neat piece !
Can’t wait to find out when/where/what....

funny with these test issues
you see cards, a few packs, a handful of wrappers but no boxes
