Default Any 1947 Tip Top Collectors out there?

Any other 1947 Tip Top Bread collectors out there?

I know it is a regional or oddball set, but I have really enjoyed collecting it. A great mix of some stars such as Berra, Wagner, Span, Rizzuto, Kell, Doerr, Doerr and others as well as some really obscure players due to the talent lean years caused by WWII.

Been tough to collect though. I am about 2/3 the way through it and it is getting very difficult to close the gap on the remaining cards (Especially the Giants and the Pirates!).

I've been picking them up here and there, star players and RCs, when I can get them for a good price. I got this at the last National:

I’m attempting to put together the Dodgers team set right now if you have low grade duplicates

Default Tip Top Bread

I have Berra and Spahn. I don’t know much about the set. Are there any others that could be considered HOF RC’s?

I have collected the Cubs team set in at least VG condition over the past five years or so, I still need Andy Pafko. They are expensive little boogers.

I THINK (and I could be wrong) that the only other future HOF Rookie would be Rizzuto...

George Kell and Ralph Kiner are generally considered rookies.

Phil Rizzuto is in the 1941 Double Play set.
