Default National is now 2 months away, What will you be looking for?

The National Sports Collectors Convention is now two months away, so let's hear what your hoping to find there.

I'll start with my top want list that I'll be seeking out as I continue my set build of '54 Topps in well centered PSA 8's.

Ted Williams #1 or #250
Jackie Robinson
Al Kaline
And if I can't find a major star, the next priorities are:
Ed Mathews
Whitey Ford
O'Brien Brothers
Monte Irvin
Or any high eye appeal centered commons

And if that doesn't pan out I'll keep my eye open for stars in the Wilson Franks, Red Heart, and Red Man sets.

I’ll be sitting at home looking for others to post videos of pickups. Oh well. Maybe next time.

I've never been to the National before. The one in AC will be my first. The general consensus I have read from here is that many cards are priced a little bit higher, and I'm also not particularly hunting for any huge items.

I feel like the National will be good for alternative or oddball items. I would like to pick up some old stubs or programs. Will end up purchasing something Yankees related for sure, and will ultimately end up buying some cardboard but probably things on the lower end. I'll also be looking for fellow members of the board, to say hello to and get to meet.

All in all, I'm excited. I was thinking about perhaps getting one of the signings done, but most of the ones I want cost an arm and a leg, which is unfortunate.
