Default Help: Anybody know what these are?

Set up at a show last weekend and these came to the table, so I bought them. No idea what it is, but looking at the Managers looks like it is most likely 1938-42 timeframe. thanks in advance

Jeff

Remind me of Wheaties color scheme but I don't actually recognize them.

They remind me of Wheaties-ish product also, but cannot find anything

They were cut from a schedule and are poster cards, I think...At least that is what I call them. The Sporting News put them out. I don't own this one any longer..

I have a single cutout of one of the managers featured...thanks Leon for a visual reminder of where that dang thing came from.

Ah so that's red and not orange. Very cool. OP, that shows something valuable for future reference. Let us know what kind of stock they're on. Obviously Wheaties wouldn't be on paper.

When it comes to these Sporting News schedule manager cards, here is my single slice of the Pie.

Sort of remind me of what a strip used to produce matchbook covers would look like without the strikers.
