Default Stumped on a Mantle Card

The card attached has me stumped. Looked thru complete listing of TCD and came up with crickets. Not assuming this is valuable or anything, but the picture is cool. Looks early 60's. No idea age of the card. It is after he retired but do not know what year. Thoughts?

Probably a 1980s-90s "Broder" type unlicensed card. Many different versions from a few different fly-by-night operators just trying to make a quick buck on the card circuit.

looking at back it mentions Hall 9f Fame in 74 so cannot be 1960's. I agree most likely late 80's -90's issue.
