Wow, thanks everyone for sharing. Those exhibit cards are sweeeet! All the great photo's are great to see as well. Whats up with those crazy rawhide clips? Funny thing, no one questioned my "greatest ball player of all-time" claim...What he did in 14 full seasons is still amazing.

Larrupin' Lou took a shot at Hollywood stardom in 1938. It did not go well, but it did produce some nice items. The photos are original publicity or production photos. The card is a Coney Island Arcade card from the 1950s or 1960s.

Here are a couple of bargain-bin Gehrigs from my collection. The first is cut from an Exhibit card 4-in-1 and the second was clipped from a Sunday News in 1939 ...
