Default PART DUECE II of Live Auction: What are the Chances These are Real?

Posted By: Iggy

Here it is again with a revised edition

What better way to spend a lazy Friday afternoon then revising irrevelant threads -- man, I love Net54!!! He doesn't mention nor highlight the T205 cards and his description is vague (which I guess is a good thing). A rather creative ebayer from a marketing standpoint but at the same time lazy and guaranteed to know a thing or two about reprints. By the way, nice touch, by keeping the user's id private this time around. From another angle, could someone explain to me why I'm so enamored with this item???

For those that are just tuning in; "the original thread":

Zero. Those T205s are from the reprinted T205 set that sells on ebay for about $39.99.

Just another example of why ebay's response to fraudulent listings is dumb. If you gone through all the effort of reporting, and identifying that a seller is selling a counterfeit item, he should be banned from selling. Just killing the listing is incredibly useless when the seller can just relist either exactly the same item or other forged items. Compounding the issue is that ebay totally removes the listing instead of leaving it in the archives with a note that it was removed because of fraud. At least if they left it there, I would be able to find the information.

Iggy,

You've missed his best lot! Grandpa had a Wagner!
