Default Question about 1955 Bowmans

I collect mostly Yankees cards, and I noticed that the VAST majority of the Yankees cards in Bowman's 1955 are taken in (what appears to be) the same stadium. Further analysis of the rest of the set indicates that a lot of the other cards also look like the pictures were taken in the same stadium. Does anybody have any idea why this might be, and which stadium it might be?

I believe most pix in the set were taken at the Philly ballparks.

Bowman likely hired a photographer based out of a city, and he photographed away players when they came through town. The Old Judge cards are similar, as there were regional photographers.

Default Since Bowman was based in Philadelphia

And had teams in both leagues in 1954; it made a ton of sense to have a local Philadelphia photographer take photos in Philadelphia.

That would also explain why the players are all in away uniforms. Although it is important to note that the Athletics played in Kansas City in 1955, meaning these pictures must have been taken in 1954. But it looks like you're right. Upon closer observation, that does appear to be the right field wall of Shibe Park, and the outfield light fixtures are consistent.
