Default July pickup thread!

Picked up this Harper T210-3 which has a border color leaning more to orange than red!

Another back attained for my Herzog run. Also, I was lucky enough to win a Mia Hamm PSA10 rookie card this week. I'll post it when it arrives!

Good mail today from the June Beockelman auction. T201 Stovall / Turner. T206 Glenn Liebhardt 1941 Play Ball Doerr

The Liebhardt is an upgrade for me and Doerr is one more on my rather passive attempt at the 1941 Play Ball set.

t205 Fred Snodgrass. I am slowly getting most of the t205 cards I would really like. Sure, this is a beater, but what the heck, $30 and that includes free shipping. If anyone has beater t205 cards they would like to send to a happy home, lets talk!

Default Miller B18s

Picked up two different 1914 Otto Miller B18s.

One is the standard dark blue infield variety, whereas, the 2nd one is a baby blue, light blue infield. Not sure if it's a missed color pass or simply a freak. Thrilled to have it either way!

Great cards this month. Picked this up from the outside world. Always appreciate having at least one Frank Nagy card in a set I'm collecting.

Excited to get my first Ruth. Prices on these (and Bulgarias) have really exploded over the past couple years, so I probably bought at the top of the market, but I'd rather pay too much than run the risk of never getting a Ruth. The scratch on his arm is on the (jumbo) top loader he's in, the card itself is fine.

I'm admittedly a bit nervous about buying Ruth raw, but I think it's good. It passes the black light test. It has a pronounced rosette pattern under magnification; I don't know when they started doing that, but I've got 34 and 35 Goudeys that also have rosettes (although not to the same degree). Let me know if anybody has any concerns about it.

Picked up this very nice R310 Butterfinger Lou Gehrig in Heritage last weekend, just arrived today. It will look great next to its cousin in the new display cabinet
