Default Does this affect Exhibit grade?

I have this 1928 blank back Exhibit of Dazzy Vance. There is a white "spot" on the image just to the left of his right elbow. It appears to me to be some sort of flaw from when it was printed, because the surface over the "spot" is no different than the rest of the card. Assuming this "spot" is original to the card, how does it affect the grade? Has anyone ever seen these on Exhibits before? Thanks.

Agreed, just part of the picture.

A card with a similar type of problem is the E121 (and other E121 like sets) of Dickie Kerr. Every one of his cards has what appears to be a "4" etched into the image and sometimes people selling the card (and the graders) will think that someone later wrote that on the front--I've been able to pick up a few on the cheap because of it... (E121 ser80, E121 ser 120, and Witmor Candy)

Here's one that I have always found interesting. The 1939 Play Ball card of
Rick Ferrell can be found with a big white spot in the background on some small
percentage of the cards (probably <10%). Most of the cards have a solid black background. I'm not sure what caused this. I don't think it effects the value any.

Somewhat tangential to the discussion at hand but I have wondered about the white Michelin Man blob found on the Matty Pastime Novelty image. Looks as if somebody was Stalinized from the photo. Anybody know anything?
