What I can say from my own experience and from others is that PSA has in the past been very tough with Tiger Woods Autos.

Then why the hell do you need to waste money having it "certified"?

Biggest money-making scam that ever hit "the hobby."

I understand that, but I want to sell the Brooke Shields ball. Keeping the Tiger ball, would make it easier to sell when I am gone LOL. Joe

Would any perceived bump in value to the Brooke Shields ball really cover the cost of authentication? Can't imagine that much of a demand, and she probably has another 35 years of signings in her.

I would try to realize your price "raw" if that term applies to baseballs, and hold off on aimlessly throwing money to a TPG. I really don't think you'd get a positive return.

One caution about grading something now for later is that you really don’t know whether the company you are grading with now will be reputable or even still in business when the time comes for someone to sell them. For that reason, I personally haven’t really spent the money on authentication (unless it’s a weird variation of a card and I at least wanted it identified so no one got ripped off selling it later on).
