Default 33/34 goudey id ruth and gehrig

hi all,
looking for some help if you can...any way the below cards look legit? and if so, what kind of grades are you thinking here? thank you kindly for your time.

I think that applies to the cards in your picture. Sorry but not even close to the "real deal".

that was easy...thx guys...that was my gut feeling and then his story came along so i figured i would just be sure...won't indulge you with it...but i will say it was pretty decent

A couple of words of advice -- if you're weighing into the 1933 Goudey world for the first time, you ought to be buying some raw, off grade cards to get the look and feel of them sorted out before you pursue the Ruth or Gehrig...

Ditto rookie T206 collectors that want to buy a Cobb (or Wagner!). Buy a couple raw T206 beaters. It'll save you a lot of hassle.
