Default E93 Standard Caramel and E95/96 Phili. Caramel

I am checking to see if anyone has any, or has seen any, items relating to these 2 companies. As much as I look and scour every place I know I can't seem to find many items (not cards) relating to these 2 companies. Most of the other early baseball card related companies have things known.....but not these 2 so much....I did see an ad recently for "Philadelphia Caramels" but it was not from the Philadelphia Caramel Company....anyone?

Leon, A few months back, I did see a postcard of the Philadelphia Caramel Company factory on eBay. I believe both you and I bid on it, but it sold for somewhere around $100.00. That was the only thing I ever saw for Philadelphia Caramel...

This surprises me Leon.

You'd think one would be able find Phil. Caramel related items before Briggs, Close, etc. Especially since they were involved in non-sports and boxing, etc.

Here is a scan of the same postcard I was referring to above albeit this was NOT the one from eBay. Interestingly enough, check ou the W.H. Good stamp. Doesn't this stamp appear on some cards, too?

Thanks...I forgot about that post card and yes, I think we were both surprised it went as high as it did....Generally that is about a $10 Postcard...I guess someone else wanted it worse than we did...I think my snipe was pretty high too. That stamped name does look familiar and I think I have seen it on some cards...but don't remember specifically.

Would be terrific if these buildings could be located and photo'd. I'd bet they're still standing... PA guys?

Steve - I believe the buildings are not part of the Philadelphia Caramel Company. Rather, the top one is part of Drexel, and I'm not sure what the other one is. The postcard is of Philadelphia landmarks and given out (or stamped) by the Philadelphia Caramel Co as promition - like a baseball card.
