Default Follow up.... some times it's better to be lucky than good

Posted By: Cat

I bought this card. It looked good. The e-mail correspondence seemed sincere, but as soon as I bought it, I thought: What the h-ll was I thinking? I wanted the card, but thought the likelihood of a problem...fake, trimmed, scam, etc. was probably 99 to 100% (all the signs were there... low feedback, doesn't deal with cards, had it "given to him long ago"). I just sort of fell asleep on that auction...put the bid in my snipe system and forgot about it. I received the card and I was convined it was real...WOW...but someone had typed their name on the back with an old manual typewritter. This wasn't even remotely mentioned in the description or the e-mails. I just found out it was graded by PSA as a 3 w/MK qualifier. I feel lucky.
