Default Anyone familiar with paas aunthentication

I have a friend who special needs son collects autographs. His son is interested in an aikman jersey with PAAS cert. and wanted an opinion. I have never heard of them and don’t usually deal in the contemporary autograph market. I know this may be off topic for this forum but you guys are the only experts I know. Any help would be appreciated.

It "may" be good, but frankly I would PAAS.
Can't imagine it is that hard of an autograph jersey to obtain? I would stick to the big 2 or even take a Beckett opinion. If he collects autographs, depending on the level of his special needs, He may find it interesting to learn the signature on his own. Maybe even pick-up one that is unauthenticated that way after putting in some work. That can be half the fun for an autograph collector. Good luck

I stick to the big two, more recent Beckett COAs, and Steiner, Tri-Star generally

I usually skip PAAS.

When he started collecting like most people he was mostly concerned with quantity. He wanted a hundred signed balls. I supplied a majority of them from estates and auctions. They weren’t authenticated but I would compare to certified examples and generally had good idea from where they came from they were good. Last few years his dad has been more targeted and his dad has spent some good money. He has Mantle, DiMaggio, Mays etc. all with good carts from big 2. I’ve advised him to only buy big dollar with those certs.
