Default WANTED: 1952 Topps in really bad condition in order to complete set

Posted By: Shane Hardie

I am fairly new here. I post to the PSA boards on a regular basis and have a similar thread over there and have gotten some tremendous help. I thought I would post this here as well.

I am in the process of building a very poor condition 1952 Topps set. When I mean poor, I mean poor. I will take trimmed cards, cards with paper loss, tape residue, major creases, corners missing, etc. My goal is completion, not condition, in order to finish it as inexpensive as possible. I figure it will take me several years or so, but I have already enjoyed it. I started in September of 2007.

So far, I have 139 cards in my possession with a few more on the way. I have 6 high numbers along with a few stars like Willie Mays (PSA 1), Warren Spahn, Bob Feller, Duke Snider, Yogi Berra, Andy Pafko, and Phil Rizzuto (on the way).

If anyone has any poor (or worse) 1952 Topps laying around, I could use them for this project. You can post here or email me at msh@wk.net .

Below is a copy and paste from my spreadsheet. These are what I have in my possession.

Thanks to Al Simeone. I purchased 4 cards that I needed at a reasonable price. He threw in a duplicate.

If anybody has any they don't need, please reply or shoot me an email.

Thanks.
