Default Satchel Paige Auto?

Looks a little different from most examples I've seen. Especially the "S" and "g". But I have seen a couple examples with similar formations. I've also seen a couple examples with near identical "swoops" around the signature. Any help or opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have never seen one like that.
Do you have any photos of the signatures like you mentioned?

Is it by any chance on the back of a photograph? Looks like the way a lot of newspapers would identify the subject in a photo on the back with the circle around it. Just a guess.

Its actually not bad at all (see my above post) but was just an identification by a newspaper archive or a photographer to identify who was on the photo on the front. No malicious intent at all and it is not a forgery. There are literally millions of identifications like this all over the place on the backs of vintage photos.
