My randomly assembled set breaks down as 42 with, 4 blank, or about 10-1. Has there ever been confirmation all peel offs have both types of back?

Default 63 peeloffs

yes i made the set both ways
my original set only had 5 blank backs in it
so about 6 years ago decided to try to make both sets at the national
thats when i discovered if a guy had 100 count box of them
id find 5 or 6 blank backs year after year
then id check ebay...same kind of results
just finished the blank backs last year
some of the players are probably more like 10 to 1 or worse
now that psa finally differentiates it seems like 5 or 6 to 1 has been holding pretty steady with about 12% of the total now labelled

Default I'm still a bit nuts...
