I picked up the Nadja a few months ago and picked up the Newsboy today - who says you need to attend the National to buy cards at the National?

pffft, those are just as common as 88 Donruss Now that you posted it, I'll update the listing of E92 difficult backs later tonight.

Default D303

This came in the mail today. I have been waiting a long time to add one of these to my Louisiana type card collection.

I hate to mention PSA in this post, but how can we expect them to catch trimmed cards when they can't even get the name of the set right?

Mothers' vs Mother's.

Picked up the last 4 I needed for my T206 set at the National. Been collecting it with my son for the last 9 years. Started when he was 5. Many of you have helped me over the years. Thank you.

Ryan,

I love the Baltimore News Newsboys set. That Cobb is so awesome man! Nice pick up for sure.

Aaron, congratulations. That is a great story and a great picture. I am happy you have that with your son. I got two of my kids into collecting, but now they seem not as interested

One more pick-up. Super rare (pop 2, graded and I believe there is one ungraded one out there). Pretty cool PC, I think. Very psyched

Picked up in a trade in Chicago. Two tiny dots of paper loss on an otherwise pristine back account for the grade. I don’t collect E107s, but the image of Young on this card is incredible and, much as I tried, I could not stop staring at the card.

Congrats, Jay. Beautiful card. Nice to meet you as well.

You should tell your trading partner to post his pickup (s) from the trade!

Cheers,

For me at least, the National is a social gathering where every once in a while you pick up a few cards. It was great to see all my hobby friends. Living on the West Coast now I don’t run into many as often as I used to, so that part of the National is really a treat.

I enjoyed my trip to National -- it was nice meeting and seeing everyone that I did.

A dog obviously chewed up and spit out the BL350, but that's fine -- it was a "bargain bin" find, so for once I was rewarded for digging a little.

Traded this Josh Gibson photo to Ryan Christoff a couple of years ago as part of the deal where I got the Tomas Gutierrez Oscar Charleston. Bought it back from him Friday at the National.

Great tinker haul!!

Hopefully I will be able to upgrade this e121 ruth one day. I believe this was part of a collection of e121 cards and this was too fragile to grade, but happy nonetheless:
