Default EBAY slug

Another EBAY SLUG. After winning a card he writes me to see if I can do free shipping. I told him I would not, that listing stated the shipping price. A huge price of $3.95. Two days later he writes me to cancel his order on a $150.00 card. His ebay handle is (dsal4590) Just another ebay lowlife.

Quite possible they were going to cause bigger issues. Already, they took 2 days without paying and cancelled an order. Imagine the BS you might have dealt with had you shipped...

Read his 'positive' feedbacks. Lots of upset sellers posting.

Wow, you can bet with each of those negative positives, there's at least 5 more sellers he screwed over...........I'm sorry "changed his mind", that didn't post anything in response to his shenanigans.

Thanks for the heads up.

His negative positive feedback was like click bait. I kept telling myself I was going to stop reading once I saw a page with no negative positives. Alas, that never happened and I tapped out after 12 pages.

From what I understand, leaving that type of feedback (negative remarks within a positive feedback comment) is against eBay rules. If this buyer has a string of such comments, it speaks to how much of a "slug" they truly are.

A dozen-plus sellers were willing to break the rules to warn others. I wonder how many other sellers were treated poorly enough to consider taking similar action.

I've added this eBay user to my blocked bidder/buyer list. Life is short. I don't have time for bull$h!t.

Did I miss some new Ebay rule that there is no more negative feedback?

Sellers haven't been able to leave negative feedback against a buyer for YEARS. Maybe a decade? It's been a LOOOOOOOONG time.

It's not a "new" rule; however, sellers may no longer leave feedback other than positive these days. It has been this way for a few years.

Take a look at the feedback that he left for Sellers. Almost every one was a Negative.
I just blocked him. Don't want him visiting my store.

Even in the few positives he left, he references partial refunds and/or free shipping. If you don't play along with his post sale requests, he negs you. Not sure if the guy is a scam artist or has mental issues or both.

Scam artist fits him. He must be a fun person to know.

Why can't eBay just suspend these creeps? They're too busy brainstorming new user-unfriendly policies, I suppose.

This happens a lot. Buyers cancel an order after you don't meet their demands and some just cancel because they know they can't get a negative. My blocked bidders list is very long because of it. Every now and then one forgets what they did and asks me why they are blocked and can't bid on my auctions. I tell them it's because they are a loser and don't pay so I blocked them. End of conversation.

The same reason eBay charges sales tax on every sale whether it's required or not...because they can apply their final value fee to it and it becomes a profit pocket.

Nailed it. That's all they care about and like other internet companies and apps they overlook and allow these types of actions to continue for profit.
