Default Questions on Dietsche Tigers postcards - Sam Crawford

I am looking for any expertise regarding the Tigers Dietsche postcards.

Below are the three different versions of this card I have of Sam Crawford.

You can see in the scans there is one that is the most common with no name on the front (sorry for the glare on that one) Another version that has black script lettering, and then finally the larger white block name printed on the front.

I know these were made over a series of 1907 to 1909. Does the different printing years also have to do with the name, or lack of the name showing up on the card fronts?

Appreciate any information from the experts.

Thanks
Dave

Isn't the black script writing written in? It's my understanding they come with no name on the front (1907) and white block letters for the later years.

The blank front and the black script have 1907,

Yes the white block has 1908

Here is the back of the card with black script. it does not look to be added, it appears to be part of the printing of the card (based on when you hold it to the light at an angle.

Card stock appears consistent as some other un graded versions of this Crawford I have that are blank front, also the corners show that it was mounted in an album for some time too.

I have had this one for some years...just never have gotten it graded or authenticated. Even did the light test from behind and it looks exactly the same as the graded examples, shows through very slightly- just basically where the light from my phone is behind the postcard- showing through with a reddish brown hue to the front.

Maybe old old reprint?

Is there a chance that the one with the black lettering was hand written and not printed? I thought there were only 2 versions. The white lettering was from '08 and the one with no name was from '07.

I've never seen one with black cursive handwriting either and I have been watching them for about 20 years.
