Default 80-81 Topps Basketball Question

Just read this article about the Top Ten most Valuable Basketball cards. I am not a basketball card collector, but is the Johnson/Bird/Sikma card that tough?

I think that this site, infobarrel, is one of those "content farms" that pays freelance writers to write about anything and everything in order to climb up the google results ladder.
