Babe Ruth
I was looking around, randomly, online for signed baseballs and came upon this baseball signed by Ruth and Gehrig. The baseball itself is quite interesting as it's stamped "Made Especially For Nat C Strong" with a handwritten notation of Lindenhurst, NY October 18 1930. I don't know if the autographs are authentic but it's a really interesting baseball.417146417147417149

Beautiful, historic ball. I think the sigs are likely good, but will leave that to the experts

Unfortunately, it seems that somebody removed Gehrig's personalization above the signature.

I found pictures of the ball on https://www.raptisrarebooks.com, a book store. He also has some other baseball items, including what I believe is a stamped Joe DiMaggio baseball. I should point out that I don't own this ball.

A quick perusal of some baseball items reveals a mixed bag. $10K for a horrendously fake Ruth photo, but other Ruth pieces that are fine if original. $450 for a Roger Angell signed book!
