Default Baseball Trivia Question.

I have a buddy who is in SABR. Another SABR member asked him this trivia question, which I found very interesting. I didn't know the answer.
Here's the question. Who is the only player in major league history to appear on 6 World Series winning teams, and none of those appearances were for the New York Yankees ?
Many, many players appeared on 6 or more winning World Series teams, with at least some of the appearances involved the Yankees. Yogi Berra has the most appearances at 10. I think this is pretty common knowledge. I didn't realize Joe DiMaggio was 2nd with 9.
Who was the only one that had 6, and the Yankees weren't involved ?

Edit: 6 World Series winners...didn't read closely enough.

Eddie Collins was on 6 winners, although the last couple he was nearly invisible and did not play in the World Series.

Default Eddie Collins

You got it.
I figured this question would be easy for pre-war collectors. I myself am a post war collector, so I didn't know it.
