A few more from the BST, up to 98 fronts. I'll get to 500 or so eventually before quitting because I won't complete it anyways, can't justify a Wagner

Some decent activity for me of late. 99% sure the Herzog SC350-460 is handcut from a sheet. Great help from Ron Kornacki on learning a ton more about it and his unique set. Love this board and all the great collectors!

Member pick-up, thank you Tom.

Here's a good example of buy the card not the slab.
This one has quite an interesting back-stamp which I would guess is from the 1920's inspired by the Moorish Revival period in the US. I went to Andy's back-stamp database and it looks like there are a few others out there with the same stamp. If you have not been to Andy's site it is an incredible T206 back-stamp database and I highly recommend a visit: https://thegreatt206backstampproject.yolasite.com/

I'll take a card in this condition with a back-stamp all day long.

All alone and stuck at work on my birthday, but it's a T206 mailday! It all balances out.

Added this T206 Harry Davis for a good price – hoping to use as a trade for a Providence Gray or one of the sunset subset at some point. Definitely going to enjoy looking at it until then though!

Beautiful Cobb, well centered, no creasing, and a sweet back stamp. Thanks for the plug Phil. If anyone has any back stamps that aren't yet on my site please send scans to me so I can add them.

Congrats, I had a feeling it would end up on net54! Yes, they don't come up often. This card was calling me, but it wasn't meant to be. Glad to see it in the net54 family, enjoy it!

Tony, as I always tell you, you have such a great eye!...Awesome additions, very cool idea to do the HOF subset.

As you know, I'm a T206 guy, but over the years I've owned some T205's...Love the artwork on them...And when you get Tinker, Evers, Chance, they "sing" when you line them up!

Picked up the t213-2 Matty. Picking away at the set…damn, sideways again. Still have no idea why that happens or how to fix…..fixed it!! Thanks for the help below.

Anyway, really nice for the grade even with the vertical crease.

Default Lightning Strikes Twice

Lightning really does strike twice. Last month I picked up the PSA 1 Plank that I had spent a long time looking for. Imagine my surprise when I found a second one, graded a PSA 2, a short time later. It just arrived this past week. A successful BST transaction with Brian S. He's a really great guy and it was a very smooth transaction. Thank you Brian!!

Some really great stuff so far this month!

I've had an exciting couple weeks also, just getting around to posting these from the last Heritage auction. One of my favorite cards in the hobby is 1933 Goudey #144, and it's becoming apparent from the state of the market that I'll probably never own one. But no matter, here is the same pose, except that it's ten times bigger and 25% of the price

I also picked up this 1934 Quaker Oats premium. Probably overpaid a little, but my grandfather (who I always thought looked a little like Babe Ruth) worked for the Quaker Oats company for 35 years, and I couldn't pass up a playing-days Ruth premium with a family connection. It also came with the original mailing envelope. These are the first Ruth pieces that I've ever owned, very excited to get them in.

Paul, I’ve had this happen too. What I found is if you open the image on your system and then rotate it 90 degrees, close the file, reopen it and rotate it back to correctness, it should be fixed for good.

Dan,

those Ruth premiums are very nice. They both show the actual bat well and the pinky hanging off the knob.
