Default Heritage Auctions #50028 Bidding Ends - July 30-31!

Hey Everyone,
Heritage Auctions #50028 is what is now are annual Summer “Cards, Cards, and More Cards!” auction. There are over 2,000 lots ending this Thursday and Friday – July 30 and 31, 2020! The ending of the auction is the same format it has been for years with open bidding ending at 10pm central time then an extended period where each lot ends on an individual basis based on a 30-minute clock rule. You have to have placed a bid on a lot before 10pm central time to be able to bid during the 30-minute extended period. The home page for the auction is HERE


There are over 2,000 lots from the 1880’s to the 1980’s. Some highlights:

- 19th Century: A nice collection of Old Judges (with an uncatalogued team variation), Kalamazoo Bats, Kalamazoo Bats teams, N173 Old Judge cabinets, E223 G&B Chewing Gum, N403 Yum Yum;

- Caramel/Candy Cards: High-end E95 Philadelphia Caramel, E96 Philadelphia Caramel, an E102 Mathewson, high-grade Colgan’s Chips, E92 Croft’s Candy including Cobb, and E90-1 American Caramel Joe Jackson and a selection of very nice E121 American Caramels;

- Tobacco Cards: A nice selection of T206s with a great new find of Hindu-Brown backs, a new to the hobby collection of T204s;

- Exhibits: A great selection with cards from just about every baseball set from 1921 through 1938;

- PSA Registry Set: 1911 T201 Mecca Double Folders - #1 Current Finest;
- PSA Registry Set: 1913 T200 Fatima Teams - #3 Current Finest;
- PSA Registry Set: 1917 H801-8 Boston Store - #1 All-Time Finest;
- PSA Registry Set: 1933 Sport Kings - #2 All-Time Finest. If you collect this set… treat yourself;
- PSA Registry Set: 1934 Goudey - #3 Current Finest. If you collect this set… treat yourself;

- New to the Hobby: 1917-20 M101-6 Felix Mendelsohn Collection;

- New to the Hobby: 1916 D381 Fleischmann Bakery collection all with coupons w/Christy Mathewson;

- New to the Hobby: 1928 Tabacalera La Morena Near Set;

- Select Rarities: 1914 Baltimore News Dave Danforth (the first one known);

Catalogs – If you would like a free catalog please email all of your mailing information to: peterc@ha.com and we will send one out. To keep getting free catalogs we ask (okay, require) that you participate by placing a min. of $1,000 in bids in each and every catalog (including Platinum) auction. Monthly auctions do not count. If there is no activity for even one auction they may not send out a catalog. I know this may sound harsh but catalogs are large and expensive and we are sending out more and more with each auction.
