Nice pc .. it's one of the tougher Cubs postcards to find. As you know
condition is everything. Your postcard would rate in the lower end of
grading still nice ..probably worth $100 to $150

This is one is more scarce then the some others like the 1906 team one that pops up alot. I would agree with the previous post regarding value. I saw a ex/mt one sell for $400 a few years ago. Probably $100 to $200 in this condition.
