Default Is This Super Bowl Ticket Real?

Anybody want to chime in and let me know if you think it's real? Badly yellowed front and back and the seat and price info badly faded. Aged to look old or actually old?
Any help greatly appreciated,
Tony

Looks like a tab they used to use to put in an album many years ago (like in stamp albums).

In looking closely I think there is a seat # there however it has faded over time.

This SB is far from a high profile one and while it's an early one, is it worth someone faking it?

It appears real, but condition is pretty bad. The good thing is many tickets were torn in half and not at the perforation so this one is a plus for that. Many are only basically half a stub
