Beautiful fully executed four page players contract measures 8 1/2 x 11 when closed. Signed on the 2nd page by Barney Dreyfuss who was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2008 over 75 years after his death in 1932 !!!! Pirates owner from 1900-1932 among his many accomplishments he is credited with the invention of the modern World Series. Contract is for pitcher ERV BRAME and is signed by him on page 2, EXTREMELY RARE former Pirate signature as he died at age 48 in 1949. He played for the Pirates 1928-1932. The last page is signed by League President JOHN HEYDLER a possible future Hall of Famer Heydler was President of the National League from 1918-1934. He died in 1956. $1,950.00 ppd
