Default 1992 Wet Sheet Transfer

Was looking through a stack of cards that I left in my parents' house and ran into this. Probably not very exciting, but in 1992 I opened approximately 7 bazillion packs of Topps cards and this is the only wet sheet transfer I ever saw. I'm used to seeing this on Goudeys, not modern cards.

Looks like it's only the red ink that transferred. Near as I can tell, it's from the back of another Jay Bell card. If you look on his shoulder, you can see what looks like Three River Stadium. You wouldn't think that the stadium would have that much red ink on it, but looking at the back of this card, the stadium does look surprisingly red.
