Default SOLD: 1948 Postcard - Bill McGowan - HOF Umpire - AUTO - rookie

Up for sale is this incredibly rare Bill McGowan autographed postcard. Beautifully signed on the back, it simply doesn't get much better than this!

McGowan died 40 years prior to his HOF induction, so autographs of McGowan are extremely difficult to find. In addition, most consider McGowan's "rookie" card to be either his 1949 Umpire School PC or his 1948-50 Safe-T Card, but this one is right in line (or even predates) those rookie issues.

Included with this Groganphoto PC is the envelope it came in, which is postmarked in November 1948.

Asking $X

email me at h2oya311@yahoo.com with any questions, comments, or snide remarks.
