Default Outing An Auction?

Well I guess it`s safe to "out' this auction because the owner has made it clear that he doesn`t want you to bid on his item. I`ve seen some bad pictures on EBAY but it`s near impossible to read this supposed Joe Jackson auto. Anyway, thought it, the auction, and the item itself might lead to some interesting discussion.

Please do not bid on this auction...hmm. Even though I'm assuming the seller knows $5,000 would be a steal. If there is even a remote chance this is real, I bet someone if not more than one someone decides to bid....why wouldn't they if they are protected through ebay?
